Round table made of Betonplex Birch White, by Myrna

Description

We have made a unique table top from a round sawn sheet of concrete plywood. I think the end side with all the wood layers in particular turned out very nice.
We bought the metal white leg separately.

How did you make the table?

The table leg we bought separately. We then ordered the table top from OPMAATZAGEN.nl. I was very happy with the white concrete plywood. This makes the top immediately resistant to a blow and the end edge gives it a Scandinavian look. For the strength of mounting the leg to the top, we ordered an extra round circle. It is made of white poplar plywood, 18mm thick. We glued and screwed the smaller circle to the underside of the leaf. This way, the screws with which we secured the table leg have more grip.

The diameter of the table top is 140.0 cm, thickness is 18mm.
