Delivery problems
Together with our carriers, we do everything possible to meet the promised delivery time. When something unexpected happens, we will inform you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over the exact time of delivery and advise you to keep an eye on the track-and-trace provided by our carriers.
